These suites have rich furnishings representing Key West. The living room and dining room with a breakfast nook feature a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, HD Smart TV a twin day bed with trundle and a dining table for four. Bedrooms feature a king size bed and HD Smart TV. Both bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub/shower combination and granite counters. These suites are two story and some feature a spiral staircase. Suites also boast a balcony.

These spacious villas are so large you will feel like you are in a private home. Each villa is three stories. The first floor boasts a full living room, dining room and kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a breakfast nook as well as a bedroom equipped with a king bed and a bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed, hard wood floors and an HD Smart TV. The large bathroom has an oversized jetted tub and walk-in shower and granite counters. The third bedroom also has a king bed, hardwood floors and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The third floor has either an outdoor relaxation area or sunroom. All bedrooms can also accommodate a rollaway. These accommodations offer Private Airport Transfers.

Located on the first and second floors of the Salt Cay Villas in the Seaside Village, these newly renovated one-bedroom suites are just steps from the beach. Each villa suite is decorated with modern touches including a wet bar, microwave and HD smart TV, plus a master bedroom complete with a king size bed and a second HD smart TV. A chic, en-suite bathroom maximizes the pampering experience with a freestanding soaking tub, dual control walk-in rain shower, and dual vanities with backlit mirrors. To accommodate up to five guests, the villa suites also boast a Murphy bed. Units on the ground floor feature a furnished patio that walks out to the resort gardens and nearby beach, while second floor units feature a furnished balcony. All villa suites come with a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, juice and soda, and an in-room bar. This category offers Concierge Level service, with private check-in and a dedicated concierge available to handle any special requests and reservations, such as spa appointments or dinner reservations.​

These suites are tiled and are elegantly appointed with mahogany furnishings featuring a king bed and a trundle bed. Cribs and roll aways can be accommodated. Each of these suites has either a patio or balcony.

Featuring king size mahogany, four poster bed, adorned with a plush duvet, lounge sleeping chair, 42" flat screen TV plus a bar area with its own refrigerator and microwave. Kids enjoy mahogany bunk beds with a trundle, a 27" flat screen TV, a multi-function game table, a built-in nautical mahogany storage wall unit, its own closet and a vanity unit with basin and mirror. Bathroom hosts a two-basin mahogany vanity with a wall-mount makeup mirror and hair dryer, a whirlpool tub, a separate rainhead shower and a private water closet.
